Hand Screen Printing
All clothing is hand screen printed at our shop in Denver, Colorado. We personally inspect each item before and after it is printed to make sure it is free from defects.
Local Distributors
We work with local manufactures and distributors to source the majority of our materials. We feel this is important to support to local economy and reduce our environmental impact.
THE PROCESS
The Process Begins With A blank silk screen. the blank screens are coated with a photosensitive emulsion.
The screens are then set to dry on our curing rack. here they cure in the dark for 24 hrs until the emulsion is completely dry.
After the screens have been cured, the proper mesh size is chosen for the design and the screen is exposed on our custom exposing unit.
Once the screens are exposed, the emulsion is gently washed out and we are left with a finished screen ready to be printed.
