SHIPPING POLICY

Kamber Labs LLC is a small start up company, as a result we carry limited back supply of product and most items are made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to complete your order. While small orders can be completed quickly, larger orders with multiple items or orders for our powder boards can take longer for us to complete. We run a limited staff but will do our best to complete your order within a reasonable time. Once the order is fulfilled all products will be shipped within 48 hours. Once shipped we will send you a notification through email with the provided tracking information. If there are problems with your order which may delay its delivery we will contact you immediately and inform you of the delay.

LOCAL PICKUP

We also offer free local pickup at our factory in Denver Colorado. If you would like to pick up your order please choose the “local pickup” option in checkout.

WHERE DO WE SHIP

We currently only ship to regions within the United States of America. We hope to expand our shipping options as we grow.

SHIPPING RATES
All apparel products ie. shits, hoodies, hats ext. Are charged a standard shipping fee regardless of the quantity.

All large items such as our powder surfers are charged a separate shipping fee of $40.00. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Kamber Labs uses trusted shipping carriers to ship orders and package all items by hand to prevent damages, however accidents while shipping are always possible. If you receive your order and there are signs of damage, please take a picture of the damaged package before opening as well as the damaged product. Contact us immediately with the damaged pictures so we can try and find a solution.
