WARRANTY

All Kamber Labs products are protected by a Limited Warranty which covers all defects of the product related to manufacturing or materials. Only products purchased through Kamber Labs/ kamberlabs.com, and an authorized Kamber Labs retailer are protected by our Limited Warranty.

The Limited Warranty begins on the date of purchase for the product and is covered for 2 years. 

Our Limited Warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal use and wear of the product. This includes damage from impacts, falls, transportation, collision, improper use of the product or poor maintenance and storage or actions that are not within reasonable control of Kamber Labs.

For all warranty claims, you must provide the product and the proof of purchase from an authorized Kamber Labs retailer. The warranty claim and product will be evaluated by a Kamber technician to deem whether the defects in the claim are in accordance with Kamber standards. If we determine that this Limited Warranty applies to your product, Kamber Labs agrees to replace or repair the product at no charge for the end-user and return it, or provide any other alternative solution including but not limited to, vouchers for use on kamberlabs.com, or providing comparable alternative products when the product is unavailable or has been discontinued. This shall be determined in the sole discretion of Kamber Labs or its authorized retailer, unless such remedy is impossible or disproportionate to the original cost of the product.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A WARRANTY

If your order is determined not to qualify under the Limited Warranty but is repairable we can complete the repair at an affordable cost or can return the item “as is”. We will contact you to discuss your possible options.
